1. Who we are

PADS provides serviced aparthotel accommodation across a growing list of cities. These terms apply to the website and to any booking you make through it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract to book. The lead guest is responsible for the booking and for everyone in their party.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive a confirmation by email. The rates, fees and cancellation policy that apply are the ones shown at the time you book.

Occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the booking. The space is for accommodation only unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Payments

Payment is taken securely at the time of booking. Where your card requires additional verification, you may be asked to complete it before the booking is confirmed.

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any incidental charges are made clear before they apply.

5. Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and change terms depend on your dates and are shown before you pay. Refunds, where due, are returned to your original payment method.

6. House rules

Each pad has simple house rules covering occupancy, noise and respect for neighbours. Keyless access is for the named guest and party only, and must not be shared.

Please leave the pad as you found it. We may charge for damage beyond fair wear and tear.

7. Acceptable use of the site

Don't misuse the website — no attempts to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or scrape it at scale. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

8. Liability

PADS provides accommodation as described. We aren't liable for events outside our reasonable control, and nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one in effect when you book.
