About PADS

Hotel comfort. Apartment freedom.

PADS is a new kind of aparthotel — built for people who work where they travel. Stay a night or a season, let yourself in with a code, and skip the front desk entirely.

Hotels are reliable but impersonal. Short-lets are characterful but a gamble. We built PADS to take the best of both: the comfort, consistency and service of a hotel, in a real apartment with a kitchen, a desk and room to breathe.

Every pad is set up the same way — work-grade wifi, keyless entry, a full kitchen, and a real person a tap away when you need one. No queues, no clipboards, no “check-in after 3pm.” Just a key on your phone and a place that works.

We’re in the cities people actually work in, and we’re opening more every season — quietly, in the right neighbourhoods, one building at a time.

Inside a PADS pad

What makes a pad a pad

Set up identically, everywhere you land.

A pad isn't a room and it isn't someone's spare flat. It's a consistent, considered space you can rely on — whether you're here for two nights or two months.

  • Work-grade wifi and a proper desk
  • A full kitchen, not a kettle and a hope
  • Keyless entry — arrive any time, no front desk
  • Fresh linen, towels and a mid-stay clean on longer stays
  • A real human on support, 24/7

Why PADS

Hotel comfort. Apartment freedom.

You get the things a good hotel gets right: fast check-in, fresh linens, design that holds up. Then a full kitchen, a real living room, and room to breathe.

Real buildings in real neighbourhoods. Settle in for a night or a season — the price drops the longer you stay.

It's the first time travelling for work hasn't felt like travelling for work. I let myself in, made a coffee, and got on with it.
