Privacy policy

Last updated June 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you use PADS, why, and the control you have over it.

1. What we collect

The details you give us to book and manage a stay — name, contact details and payment information — plus basic usage data that helps us run and improve the site.

2. How we use it

To take and manage your bookings, provide support, keep the service secure, and — only where you've agreed — to send you relevant updates.

3. Payments

Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our own servers. We keep only what we need to identify and service your booking.

4. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand and improve it. See our cookie policy for the detail and how to change your choice.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the providers that help us run PADS (such as payments and messaging), and where the law requires it. We don't sell your data.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

7. International transfers

Where data is processed outside your region, we put appropriate safeguards in place so it stays protected to the same standard.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to certain uses. Contact us and we'll action it in line with applicable law.

9. Contact

For any privacy question or request, reach us via the contact page.

This is a plain-language summary for the PADS preview and is not yet legal advice — final wording will be reviewed before launch.
